Facilities
The barn
Bramstrup has its own opera house, as the barn's acoustic system have shown to be at a very high international level, while the barn itself is a rare, beautiful space with flexible options for both theater, concerts, conferences and events. The yellow wooden barn with the red tile roof measures 17x17x70 meters (1,200 m2) and forms the starting point for many of the events at Bramstrup.
The Tower
The octagonal tower in the center is used for arrivals and check-in, activities or smaller concerts and lectures. There is room for approximately 120 people.
The horse stable
The Horse Stable is an unusually atmospheric space with space for approximately 160 people eating at long tables. The building also works well for creative activities.
The carriage house
The carriage gate is 50 meters long and consists of 2 pavilions connected by a pagoda-like roof supported by columns. The building is used, among other things, to provide rainproof protection for outdoor events. Approximately 200 dining guests can sit at long tables.
Amphitheater & lawn
In front of the barn is the large lawn of approximately 2 hectares. There is a view of the lake and the hilly landscape due to a precisely laid out amphitheater of 1,800 m2. Between the buildings is the Poet's Garden and various courtyards, which can also be used for concerts or activities.
On the adjacent approximately 10 hectares of grassland there is space for a tent camp for overnight guests, pole tents and many different activities.
There are also many opportunities to incorporate the surrounding nature and Bramstrup's other activities into the events.
Logistics & equipment
The access roads and logistics are well-functioning with well-thought-out access options for guests, suppliers and buses. Bramstrup has good experience with the disposition of buildings and areas in relation to guests, artists, suppliers and production teams.
Parking spaces are located 100-200 meters from the farm. If guests or the public arrive in buses, there is a drop-off and turning area right up by the farm.
There is a large amount of electricity and water capacity at the buildings as well as in the terrain.
Bramstrup has professional and carefully selected equipment in the form of tables, chairs, stage, backdrop, etc. In addition, Bramstrup is happy to help put together special solutions, such as docks, bonfires, decorations etc.
Co-creation
Bramstrup contributes with practical help and with the local experience, authenticity and presence. We are happy to get involved in planning, building and running the events, so that new ideas and solutions can be continuously incorporated.
Bramstrup is also happy to provide tours or similar hosting services to companies, as the relationships create better guest experiences, engagement and mutual inspiration.
